Abandoned at a young age, Alex Krutov survived Soviet orphanages, juvenile homes, and life on the streets before finding faith and receiving an unexpected second chance in the United States. But instead of staying safe abroad, Alex chose to return to Russia to help a forgotten generation of youth facing the terrifying jump into adulthood.
As part of the OJC community, we’ve supported Alex’s ministry for more than 15 years. We are deeply grateful for the incredible work he and his team do for vulnerable youth in St. Petersburg through The Harbor—providing shelter, life skills, job training, and Christian mentorship.
